We are specialized in precision mechanical machining, in the machining of hydraulic components and in the machining of gears, in rotor shafts and in the turning of pins.

Our mechanical processing include:

• numerically controlled machines for bar cutting, with cutting capacity up to 400mm in diameter
• secondary turning up to diameter 600mm and length 1000mm
• 5-axis milling (maximum length 2000mm)
• boring
• toothing and narrowing 
• heat treatments (hardening, gas nitriding, etc...) 
• galvanizing, nickel plating, cataphoresis, burnishing internal and external grinding

materials: aluminium, steel, plastic, brass, bronze, cast iron and steel alloys.

For the effective cleaning of mechanical components we have ultrasonic cleaning lines with new generation aqueous solutions.

Our company organization and IT system allow us to track product production in all stages of processing. ù

We complete the processing cycle with the possible assembly of components and we take care of the packaging and shipping on behalf of the customer.

Mechanical reworking is performed on latest-generation lathes and work centres, mostly on components derived from castings, stampings or bar stock, starting from the customer's drawing, with a range of sizes reaching 600mm in diameter and 2000mm in length.

The company is spread over an area of ​​8000m2 of which 3000m2 are covered, thus allowing us to have adequate external spaces for the storage of the work account and to facilitate loading/unloading operations.

This department was created with the goal of producing small series, samples, and small prototypes.

The line is designed to meet the needs of clients who need to produce small and medium-sized objects in limited quantities (even batches of 3-5-10-20).

The new department's processing field includes turning (diameter 300mm and length 500mm) and milling (800mm x 800mm).
