Since 1973 Torneria Gavioli has been carrying out precision mechanical machining of various metals for third parties. We are experts in milling, boring, and machining with simple lathes or 5-axis multitasking machines. In recent years we have specialized in the manufacturing of components for forklifts, floor washing machines, floor and wood sanding machines.

Prototypes and Small Series

This department was created with the goal of producing small series, samples, and small prototypes.

The line is designed to meet the needs of clients who need to produce small and medium-sized objects in limited quantities (even batches of 3-5-10-20).

The new department's processing field includes turning (diameter 300mm and length 500mm) and milling (800mm x 800mm).
